Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
You may exercise your right to cancel the purchase of the product you received within 14 days from the delivery date. Simply send your return request to {{email}} along with your order number.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- Products for which a digital license or key has been delivered and that have been put into use are excluded from the return policy.
- The invoice and, if applicable, the original packaging must be included in the return shipment.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange or repair for defective or faulty products. We will cover the shipping costs for defective products.
Refund
The cost of products approved for return will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days after the product is received by us.
